Specifications include, but are not limited to: MPA 574 OE Prime/General Contractor Prequal for K-12 Public School Construction to be completed by contractors that wish to become prequalified as prime/general contractors by RI Department of Education’s School Building Authority (SBA). This solicitation will be included in MPA 574 FY23 as a Master Price Agreement (MPA)/Open Enrollment of qualified Prime Contractors. Open enrollment will be available for 1 year of the two year contract that began 9/1/2022. Prequalification of Prime Contractors is required for all contracts that are: • Put out to bid by a LEA (Local Educational Agency); and • For the construction, reconstruction, demolition, maintenance, or repair of a K-12 school;
