Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1 The Vendor shall provide Inmate Haircut service at a minimum of one (1) time a week or a maximum of two (2) times a week. 4.1.1.2 The vendor must cut hair for male/female inmates. 4.1.1.3 Vendor shall not trim any facial hair, including beards and mustaches. 4.1.1.4 The facility does not allow scissors in the facility. Vendor must use clippers/trimmers only. 4.1.1.5 The vendor must provide their own tools & supplies. 4.1.1.6 Vendor must clean up and sanitize the area upon completion. 4.1.1.7 The facility has capacity for 550 inmates; however, the facility estimates 180 - 360 inmate haircuts per month. 4.1.1.8 Each inmate is allowed one (1) haircut per month. 4.1.1.9 The Vendor will need to work with the facility to schedule inmate haircuts. Haircuts will be scheduled between Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm. 4.1.1.10 The Vendor will provide barber services inside a Correctional Facility. The Vendor must pass a Background Check. 4.1.1.11 The working environment is an operational correctional facility. All work related to this contract must be conducted in accordance with all WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation protocol for working within an operational facility. 4.1.1.12 Vendor must not sub-contract the barber services. 4.1.1.13 Vendor must provide the facility invoices for payment on a weekly basis. 4.1.1.14 Vendor must live within 60 miles of Eastern Regional Jail at 94 Grapevine Road, Martinsburg, WV.
