Specifications include, but are not limited to: MKE is seeking a Contractor who shall supply qualified staff and related heavy equipment to remove snow on the Terminal Ramp and Cargo Ramp during Airport declared Snow Events. Exhibits A-1 and A-2 contain square footage diagrams of snow removal areas. Contractor’s Supervisors and Operators shall be collectively referred to herein as “Personnel”. Snow Emergencies will be determined by the Airport. Personnel must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, from November 1 to April 31. Personnel will report to the Airport for standby and/or snow removal operations. Personnel must provide and operate Contractor provided snow removal equipment on airside ramps at MKE. Required snow equipment consists of no less than seven (7) Tractor Loaders, each equipped with snow removal attachments. Snow removal equipment will be provided by the Contractor and is required to be on site at all times during the Season. For the first season 2022-2023, equipment sizing and equivalents may be approved by the Airport. The number of Personnel and hours used shall vary. The resulting agreement for services shall not include any guarantee of hours to be used or dollar volume.
