Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operate within a cloud-based software system with secure access available through any common web-browser.; At least two system environments are included and available as part of the licensing/subscription: "Test" for developing and testing configurations, automations, integrations, etc. and "Production" for live, active deployment. In addition, the Test environment may be replaced as a fully operational replica of the Production environment upon submittal of a support ticket.; Maintenance, to receive fixes, patches, updates, releases, or like-services, of the software; and Support, to receive assistance with troubleshooting, bugs, use questions (not user training), enhancement requests, or likeservices; are both included and available as part of the licensing/subscription.; Can access the software vendor's internal or partner consultant resources to provide support for system setup, configuration, updates, management, administration, and troubleshooting issues; Use tools to create and assign user roles and related security rights. These tools allow configuration of permissions to the screens/forms, reports, and functions level.; Design user roles and privileges that can be used to manage read, write, update, and configure operations in the system, including managing access to data tables and views.; Configure system so customer has access and ability to use a built-in (non third-party) API, or scheduled database file exchange, which provides complete access to all records and data. This includes full programming functionality to analyze records and data (including user defined fields and tables/views), complete and up-to-date database documentation, and access related technical support that includes expertise related to the API/database.; Create User-Defined Fields (UDFs) of varying types (text, currency, date, etc.) and of varying content (pick lists, multi-pick lists, etc.). Must include the ability to associate them to records, and edit/display them within the application UI and on reports. The system must be designed so these UDFs automatically persist through any system upgrades/patches.; Configure system to allow approved external vendor users (users outside the organization), along with creation of roles to appropriately limit their access to the forms and functions needed to submit data and documents as defined by the system owner.; Create and deploy online custom forms for use by external vendor/consultant users. Form functionality must include the ability to enter data and attach additional documentation.; Export various aligned tabular records into an Excel spreadsheet.
