Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offerors submitting proposals must offer a high level of customer service, accuracy and timeliness while providing the following Multimedia Rights services. Services may include corporate sponsorships and on-premises marketing to include but not limited to signage, video and message board advertising, event promotions, and game/event sponsorships; radio streaming network play-by-play, television play-by-play, coaches' shows and internet rights. The plan may also include but not be limited to the exclusive rights to produce, publish, and distribute programs for all athletics programs and events as well as the rights to secure sponsorships, endorsements, promotions, and advertisers for all printed collateral as well as the official URI Athletics website and Ryan Center website. As URI explores potential outsourcing opportunities, the University and Athletics Department are exploring the implementation of two (2) new Football Video Boards at Meade Stadium (one in each endzone) and enhanced support of Game Broadcasts/Productions for Athletic Department competitions. In addition, URI Athletics is open to exploring Innovative and Emerging Categories, with final approval from the Director of Athletics.
