Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Artwork: Electronic files. Files created in Adobe InDesign. Files to be returned upon completion of printing and prior to payment being made. 2. Proof: High resolution, contract color proof (such as Epson®) plus imposed, color laser proof of entire booklet. 3. Reprints: Reprints may or may not have minor type changes in text. Vendors are to figure new files and new proof and plates for reprints. 4. Stock: a. Cover: 10 pt., white, C2S Cover. b. Text: 80# white gloss text. 5. Pages: 24 pages plus cover. In addition, please figure plus or minus 4 page increments to this page count. 6. Page Size: 3 ¾” x 6”. 7. Ink: Print 4 color process, two sides (4/4), throughout, with bleeds. 8. Finishing: Collate, fold, saddle stitch, and final trim to 3 ¾” x 6”. 9. Packaging: Carton pack into uniformly-sized cartons weighing no more than 40 lbs. each. Label each carton with quantity and “2023-2025 Boating Guides”.
