Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall begin construction of the new 18-inch diameter Errecart Boulevard Second Source Water Line at the existing City of Elko 18-inch diameter ductile iron water transmission pipe located at the intersection of Stitzel Road and Powder House Road and shall terminate the new 18-inch diameter water transmission pipeline at the existing 18-inch diameter ductile iron water pipe located in Errecart Boulevard near the Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital located west of SR227 Lamoille Highway. G. The Contractor shall bore and jack new steel casing and install water and sewer pipes beneath and across NDOT SR227 – as shown on the Project Construction Plans (Bid Plans). H. The Contractor shall provide, install and construct all pipe connections, bends, tees, crosses, valves, air release & vacuum valve assemblies, air release valve assemblies, valve boxes, pressure reducing valve assemblies, manholes and accessory items required to complete the work as shown on the Project Construction Drawings and as specified in the project technical specifications.
