Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, shipping, and incidentals required to supply and install a new 1500 gallon double wall fuel tank on skids and concrete pad and one new diesel fired unit heater with Tigerloop or equivalent for the adjacent warm storage building, and include a new flue that meets the unit heater manufacture’s requirements. B. The concrete slab to support the new 1500-gallon tank must be engineered to account for the weight of the tank and all its contents. C. The contractor is responsible for properly connecting the new fuel tank to the existing day tank inside the Station and removal all of the old piping from the old buried fuel tank that are no longer being used inside and outside the station, to include, filing and venting piping no longer needed. D. The old buried fuel tank will be decommissioned in place in accordance to ADEC requirements. E. The Station dumpster are not to be used. F. Provide shop drawing that shows new piping details into the day tank from the new double walled fuel tank. Provide all code required related shut off values and isolation values need for maintenance.
