All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspections; Environmental Services; GIS-Systems Analysis and Management. The awarded firm will assist with the asset management of DelDOT’s stormwater system including the inventory and inspection of closed stormdrain infrastructure (inlets, manholes, pipes), open drainage system (outfalls, swales) and stormwater BMPs (ponds, sand filters, bioswales, etc.) statewide, with particular emphasis on Phase I and Phase II MS4 permitted areas. DelDOT will focus this agreement’s efforts on the following tasks: 1. Re-inspect portions of the stormdrain system in the Phase I and II areas, as specified within the Phase I and Phase II MS4 permits. 2. Assist with drainage investigations and re-inspections of the stormdrain system statewide. 3. Inventory, and as needed, inspection of newly accepted stormdrain infrastructure in subdivision and state-owned roads statewide. 4. Annual BMP inspections. 5. Pre-acceptance compliance inspections of BMPs. 6. Maintain and update the inventory/inspection database and map viewer application. 7. Identify, create and submit work orders for portions of the infrastructure requiring maintenance.
