Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal the existing wall between Classrooms 310 and 312, patch and repair the ceiling, wall and floor assemblies, remove and relocate doors in the new space to meet exiting requirements, provide new audio/visual equipment, add door and frame in Kitchen 316A east wall, replace audio/visual system in Classroom 302, add/adjust access controls in noted locations, replace audio/visual equipment in Computer Lab 306, miscellaneous new signage where removed due to construction, install security cameras and duress buttons and add a wall in Suite 205 to create a waiting area. Additive Alternate One: Replace carpeting with VCT flooring in Suite 205 in the exam rooms. Additive Alternate Two: Core drill for central lectern in Classroom 301. Additive Alternate Three: Security cameras on second and third floors. Additive Alternate Four: Infrastructure for the client provided security alarm system and duress buttons for Suite 205.
