Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Initial Cleaning (provide service one (1) time during Agreement period) 1) Contractor shall clean two (2) auxiliary dishwasher hoods to bare metal 2) Work to be performed between the hours of 6:00 pm and 4:00 am B. Semi-Annual (twice yearly – every six (6) months) 1) Contractor shall clean four (4) exhaust fans, plenum, vertical and/or horizontal duct work, and other appurtenance to bare metal. 2) Contractor shall not coat duct system with powder or other substance once it is cleaned to bare metal 3) Contractor shall remove and dispose of grease utilizing approved procedures and provide supporting documentation with each service 4) Work to be performed between the hours of 6:00 pm and 4:00 am C. Semi-Annual (twice yearly – every six (6) months) 1) Contractor shall provide service for two (2) single tank, Ansul R102, UL 300; one (1) two tank, Ansul System and one (1) three tank Ansul system in kitchen. 2) Contractor shall provide notification to Central Station (monitoring system) prior to service to avoid false alarm activation during the service and inspection 3) Contractor shall contact Central Station and verify the fire system is placed back into operation with service is complete 4) Contractor shall immediately correct any issues or impairment detected in the system 5) Work to be performed between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm 7. Maintenance / Inspection Services The Contractor shall perform all maintenance / inspection services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency for each specified piece of equipment. All services performed by Contractor are to be inspected by the State after completion. The State is solely responsible for determining acceptability of the work performed and the operability of the equipment. 8. Miscellaneous Repairs: A. The Contractor shall provide unlimited visits for any repair services requested or necessary to keep the equipment fully operational. The Contractor shall invoice repair services that are not provided during regularly scheduled maintenance visits at the Regular Time Labor Rate. All parts requiring replacement will be replaced in accordance with the Parts Replacement Section. The Contractor shall provide repair services request from CHP On-Site Contact or designee. The State may, at its discretion, allow access to the equipment during non-business hours when necessary. Non-emergency repair services performed outside of designated business hours as specified herein must be approved in advance in writing by the CHP On-Site Contact. Unless the repair requires parts that must be ordered, no repair may take longer than five (5) working days to complete. When a delay in repair will occur due to parts that must be ordered, written notification must be presented to the CHP On-Site Contact immediately.
