Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DNR seeks services to replace the oldest equipment in our two oldest coolers. Each cooler is equipped with two cooling systems consisting of a condenser and an evaporator along with all associated electrical, piping, and drain systems. The middle cooler has systems numbered 1 and 2. System #1 will have both the condenser and the evaporator replaced along with all associated components. System #2 will have the evaporator replaced with all associated components. The East Cooler has systems numbered 3 and 4. System #3 will have the evaporator replaced with all associated components. System 4 has the newest components and will not be a part of this project. The contractor must be able to replace three evaporator units and one condenser unit along with all associated electrical, piping and draining systems. This will include the removal and disposal of the old units and the installation of new units. Installation will include all associated components to put this condenser back into service. Contractor will be responsible for the startup, testing, calibration and certification of each cooling system. The units must be of the same or greater capacity than what’s currently installed. The equipment in question should be in similar nature to the Russell RW6E096ETAT and Bohn BCH0150. There is no proprietary requirement, so other brands will be considered with DNR approval.
