Specifications include, but are not limited to: DDS is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more Vermont-based vendors who has/have demonstrated significant experience in the antiracism and racial equity work, including equity and inclusion of other marginalized groups, as well as a working knowledge of the culture of Vermont to develop and implement a training session for existing DDS employees. The training session is anticipated to be a partial day training that is presented on two separate occasions to accommodate one in office training and one virtual training for DDS staff members with the option to offer an additional follow up training if needed. The overarching objectives for this training are to incorporate discussion and understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access as it relates to communication and interactions in the workplace, as well as communication and interactions with DDS stakeholders (such as claimants and medical providers). The estimated audience size in total is 50-55 DDS employees, with approximately 27 employees per session;
