Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1.1 The vendor must provide installation 1-48 Channel Headend System and integrate into existing cable infrastructure. 4.1.1.2 Vendor must ensure that the Satellite hook-ups in an estimated quantity of 105 inmate housing units are compatible with the HD migration equipment to provide satellite programming service and if not replace as needed. 4.1.1.3 The vendor is responsible to ensure the existing cabling, and connectors are in good working condition and compatible for HD or replace it with HD compatible equipment as needed. 4.1.1.4 The vendor must replace the standard definition receivers with highdefinition receivers and any existing satellite dish or other equipment necessary to ensure that all active cables provide uninterrupted, quality programming for the duration of the contract. 4.1.1.5 Vendor must submit a list of existing equipment and/or cabling that will need to be replaced and must indicate if the replacement equipment must be new. No previously used, refurbished or reconditioned equipment will be accepted. 4.1.1.6 Vendor will provide all transportation, fuel, personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, skills and supervision for migration from a head-in Standard Definition system to a High-Definition (HD) system located at the St. Marys Correctional Center 2880 North Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, WV 26170. 4.1.1.7 Vendor must replace any initial equipment they install that becomes obsolete or inoperable at no additional cost for a Two (2) year period beginning when the contract is awarded. Pricing for next generation equipment can be updated at the time of contract renewal. 4.1.2 Contract Item #2: Satellite Programing Services 4.1.2.1 The Vendor must provide uninterrupted, quality programming for an estimated quantity of 105 housing rooms for the duration of the contract.
