Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Provide a complete design including all engineering and architectural disciplines and supervision thereof to prepare construction bid documents for West Virginia State Purchasing. The work for this project is to specify the quantity, types and sizes and any other necessary specifications for a Nurse Call System to be installed at the facility, and to describe all electrical work and any other work necessary for completion of the project.; 2.2. Vendor is responsible for the entire design of the project, to include site layout, any required electrical requirements, and permits from any city, state or federal municipality required.; 2.3. All design work must be completed in such a manner as to not disturb residents and staff of the Agency as little as possible and shall be performed during normal working hours. Site work shall be coordinated with the Agency’s Maintenance Supervisor.; 2.4. The design must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local building code, fire codes and construction regulations. The designer will be responsible for having the construction documents reviewed and approved by the proper authorities.
