All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Add card readers to exterior doors, IDF and MDF. Add a new door to MDF. Provide infrastructure for security upgrade throughout the campus. b) 2. Reconfigure and renovate the existing admin area to create a secured entry vestibule. c) Replace exterior waterproofing/sealant joints. d) Replace existing exterior windows and security screens. e) Replace the fire alarm system. f) Replace exterior lighting control and exterior lights with LED lighting. g) Replace domestic hot water piping. h) Replace domestic cold water piping from the water main to the mechanical room. i) Replace existing ceiling with new acoustical ceiling grid and tiles. j) Replace exterior VCT/base where radiators are removed. k) Repair, patch, and paint walls where existing radiators are removed. Paint walls in the corridors, cafeteria & stairways. l) Paint exterior surfaces and power wash as required. m) Replace the existing spray foam roof system with a multi-ply roofing system. n) Replace concrete sidewalks in selective areas. o) Replace interior lighting control and interior lights with LED lighting. p) Hydronic conversion of the HVAC system. Replace steam boilers with hot water boilers and install hot water piping. q) Replace existing AHU and outside air units with new AHUs and RTUs. Replace VAV boxes, ductwork, controls, etc. r) Replace domestic hot water boiler. s) Replace the HVAC unit for MDF. Install new HVAC unit for IDF. t) Replace the existing PA system. u) Replace door hardware at the auditorium. v) Abatement contractor shall be hired by the GC. A contractor will need to cross-coordinate between plans and abatement reports for the full scope of work involved
