Specifications include, but are not limited to: As mentioned, Award Montana is a portal used to manage the applications, awards, and distributions of the Montana University System's Professional Student Exchange Programs (PSEP) and Undergraduate Programs and Scholarships. Proposals are requested to provide partnership/contract opportunities with an entity and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator to assist OCHE first with the transition from its current vendor through November 2022 while learning about the current system and how it is used, and the types of requests to anticipate from OCHE. Understanding the processes and procedures associated with these programs is essential. Initially, time would be devoted for the successful vendor to learn about programs, procedures, current database, how it is used, and review its build with OCHE Staff and current consultants. Mainly, OCHE needs assistance with navigating errors and/or issues that come up throughout each application cycle and semester processing cycles. In addition, assisting in liaising and maintaining other supporting application vendors, and overall system management.
