Specifications include, but are not limited to: American Permanent Ware Model HFW-4D Food Warmer or Equal. 3.1.1.1 Vendor must provide 1 Single Well, Heavy Duty, Top Mount, Rectangular Drop-In Food Warmer. 3.1.1.2 Food Warmer must accommodate four (4) 12” X 20” standard pans or equivalent fractional pans 3.1.1.3 Food Warmer must be 208-240 Volts, 3 Phase 3.1.1.4 Food Warmer must be suitable for wet or dry operation (wet recommended for best results) 3.1.1.5 Must be energy-saving fully insulated construction 3.1.1.6 Must have Thermostatic or Infinite controls 3.1.1.7 Must have separate controls for each individual well 3.1.1.8 Vendor must include in its bid to remove, dispose, and install new unit as described above in its bid. 3.1.1.8.1 Vendors bid must include all material needed to complete the removal, disposal, and installation of new unit.
