General: The ND DOT is looking for a #10 window envelope with an inside tint constructed with a side seam. The side seam envelope is to be an outside side seam to facilitate machine insertion. Please refer to Attachment A for a photo sample. Bids with inside side seams will not be accepted. The seal flap is to be gummed (remoistening glue).; 2. Samples: Include 3 samples (printed or unprinted) of the actual envelope that you are bidding, with your bid.; 3. Artwork: Electronic, printer-ready files furnished.; 4. Proof: Color laser proof.; 5. Finished Size: 4-1/8” x 9 ½”; 6. Window size and placement: Window is a standard 1-1/8” x 4 ½”, 7/8” from left and ½” up from bottom. Window material is clear poly or glassine.; 7. Paper Stock: 24# white, wove, minimum 92 brightness.; 8. Outside Ink: Print corner card upper left, one PMS, one side, no bleeds.; 9. Inside ink: Inside of envelopes to be printed with inside tint (blue or black ink).; 10. Packaging: Pack into uniformly-sized cartons, in boxes of 500 or bulk packed in cartons of no more than 2500 envelopes per carton. Tape a sample on outside of each carton and indicate quantity per carton.
