A 150.00 foot wide strip of land, 75.00 feet on each side of centerline, across that part of the West of Section 33, West and North Section of 28, Township 153 North, Range 57 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Nelson County, North Dakota. Ending: To the East line of said Section 28 there terminating. The sidelines of said 150.00 wide strip of land are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate of the East Line of said Section 28.
