Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking information to explore technology solutions that would allow us to automate this process allowing the business partners to complete the IT ABC form online and then circulate to other stakeholders in the process through an automated workflow that will eventually result in a final, signed document and integration with the EPMO’s web based project management tool.; The State envisions that the solution will support the following high-level goals: • An online application or form for the initial input of information relevant to the project. Likely made available through the EPMO’s public facing website.; • An automated workflow that would shepherd the form through the review and approval process allowing for edits to the form to be made along the way.; • Integration with the State’s Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool allowing for data from the form to automatically be imported to the appropriate fields within the PPM tool. The PPM Tool is built on the State’s Salesforce platform.; • Integration with the State’s DocuSign tool for approval signatures.; • Ability to export working drafts and the final, approved form to be saved or printed outside the solution.; • Allow for periodic updates (and reapprovals) to the form through the lifecycle of the project and a final form upon project completion.; • Not require per head or fee based licenses in order to access the IT ABC for review and approval.
