Specifications include, but are not limited to: labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Fleet Tire and Welding Expansion Project – a Federally Funded Project which includes but is not limited to construction of a metal building addition to the existing fleet maintenance building. Work includes selective demolition, concrete foundations and slab on grade, pre-engineering steel building system (deferred submittal is required to be submitted to the Carson City Building Department for permitting), steel doors and frames, overhead sectional doors, interior metal framing, mechanical equipment and ductwork, electrical devices and lighting, telecom and security systems, sitework, utility relocation, asphalt concrete paving, rigid concrete paving, fencing, and other Work indicated in the Bid Documents.
