Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove/replace the inoperable split systems, units 6,7,8, and 9 in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) fire codes, City of Dallas codes and current plumbing/electrical codes including Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules and regulations. Awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and transportation, as necessary to complete work. Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and lifting devices to remove/install equipment. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for supervision, clean up and disposal and must have all applicable licenses, insurance. No permits are required because this is on Government/State Property. The Project Manager for Texas Military Department will oversee the project including repairs.
