Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project. Multiple small projects include, wall construction, door installation, HVAC, and electrical work. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work (SOW), associated specifications, and drawings. All work shall also be performed in accordance with international, federal, state, and local building codes, as well as the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).; C.2.1.1 BUILDING 4174 CONSOLIDATED TOOL KIT (CTK) ROOM: A. Demo portion of chain link fence that interferes with the new construction.; B. Attach existing chain link fence to the new wall.; C. Build walls and install doors in accordance with ATTACHMENT G.3.1. Walls shall be constructed with metal studs.; D. Electrical shall be run from the nearest panel with capacity with properly sized and designed circuits to support the load of the new construction and install electrical outlets.; E. A properly sized split unit shall be installed as indicated in ATTACHMENT G.3.1. The blower head shall be installed in such a way as to facilitate effective cooling of the room. Thermostat shall be installed in a lockable enclosure to prevent unauthorized personnel from adjusting the set point.; C.2.1.2 BUILDING 4175 AIRCREW FLIGHT EQUIPMENT COUNTER (ROOM 224): A. Demolish the first 6 rows of lockers.; B. Install service window from the corridor into room 224.; C. Install overhead rolling door above window.; D. Build wall around the service window to blend with existing wall. Walls will be drywall with metal studs.; E. All finishes will match adjacent spaces.; C.2.1.3 Verify all measurements prior to performance, as government provided drawings are for reference only.; C.2.1.4 Clean job site daily during the progress of work, to include sweeping the construction areas to prevent excessive foreign object debris (FOD). The contractor shall be responsible for off-site disposal of all demolition debris and excess material, unless otherwise indicated by the government (see paragraph 8). The project site shall be restored to initial condition of cleanliness prior to final acceptance by the government.; C.2.1.5 Coordinate inspections as required by the contracting officer’s representative (COR). The completion of a government inspection does not relieve the contractor of its responsibility to comply with required project documents, codes, or the need to provide quality materials and workmanship.
