Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project will expand the CC-57024 CFMO parking lot and fix drainage issues with current grading and add additional parking spots in front of Building 57024. Remove and grade existing parking lot and expansion area, repave parking lot as outlined on map. Install a tapered drainage trench to aid with water runoff away from log cabin and parking lot and direct drainage towards the main road ditch. Paint parking lines at 90 degrees. Add overhead lighting for parking area and crosswalk off existing power pole. Add 36” asphalt walkway, Concrete wheel stops for parking spots in front of building 57024 as outlined on map. Paint/mark two handicap spots, one standard handicap the other handicap van access. Paint walkways, add ground anchored metal sign poles for handicap and designated parking spots for each parking spot in front of building 57024, Patch damaged asphalt in front of log cabin. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this ITB. This project is under final federal review and may not be approved/denied until after the award.
