Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Administrative Services, is requesting information on available housing located in Nome, Alaska. DPS is seeking letters of interest from lessors interested in providing housing space for Alaska State Troopers and dependents. The unit must meet the following requirements and be located within the City of Nome: • Residential Housing Units, each containing the following: o Minimum of 1,200 square feet per unit o Minimum of two bedrooms (three bedrooms preferred) o Minimum of one bathroom (one and a half bathroom or more preferred) o Washer/Dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, and dishwasher preferred • Two parking spaces w/energized head bolt heaters • One storage area – approx. 10’ x 10’ • Positioned in an area reasonably distanced from commercial enterprises
