Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP), Environmental Advocate’s Office, Rehabilitation Environmental Action Plan (REAP) to establish a contract for the one-time purchase and installation of One (1) Knapheide Service Body or equivalent and 1-75-52000C “HI Series” Hydraulic Winch or equivalent for a 2022 Ford F350 Chassis Cab (Vehicle 1) and One (1) 1 DCU-Max26 Aluminum Truck Topper or equivalent and 1-75-52000C “HI Series” Hydraulic Winch or equivalent for a 2022 Ford F350 (Vehicle 2), as detailed within these specifications. Contract Item #1– 1 KC108L2094 Knapheide Standard Enclosed Utility or equivalent and Winch, for an Existing 2022 Ford F-350 Chassis Cab (Vehicle #1) 3.1.1.1 Vendor will pick up the existing 2022 Ford F-350 Chassis Cab from the Agency, located at 601 57th Street, S.E., Charleston WV 25304, and transport to the facility where all the modifications will be made. Vendor will deliver back to the agency, upon completion of all modifications 3.1.1.2 Vendor will prepare the new Service Body for installation, which will include but may not be limited to priming, sanding, and painting to match the existing truck cab and undercoat. 3.1.1.3 Vendor will install the new Service Body onto the existing 2022 Ford F-350 Chassis Cab. 3.1.1.3.1 Service Body must be a KC108L2094 Knapheide standard enclosed utility body or equivalent. Contract Item #2 – 1 Truck Topper and Winch, for an Existing 2022 Ford F-350 (Vehicle #2) 3.1.2.1 Vendor will pick up the existing 2022 Ford F-350 from the Agency, located at 601 57th Street, S.E., Charleston WV 25304, and transport to the facility where all the modifications will be made. Vendor will deliver back to the agency, upon completion of all modifications 3.1.2.2 Vendor will remove the existing lift gate from the 2022 Ford F350 and return to the Agency, prior to installing the truck topper and winch. 3.1.2.3 Vendor will install the Truck topper to fit the existing 2022 Ford F350 long bed (8’) dual rear wheel (X3D). 3.1.2.4 Truck topper must be 1-DCU-MAX26 ARE Aluminum (MAX H Series) or equivalent. 3.1.2.5 Truck topper must have a 26” height maximum above top of pickup bed. 3.1.2.6 Truck topper must be ARE standard white exterior color or equivalent. 3.1.2.7 Truck topper must be equipped with a solid front, no windows. 3.1.2.8 Truck topper must be equipped with a full-length horizontal raise up door on the driver side. 3.1.2.8.1 Door must be a solid panel, no windows. 3.1.2.8.2 Door must be equipped with a full-length standard toolbox. 3.1.2.8.3 Door must be equipped with shelving package #9.
