Specifications include, but are not limited to: 17.1.1. The system should provide innovative scenario-based law enforcement training to allow agencies to meet the current training requirements of IMPD. Scenarios including but not limited to de- escalation, use of force, active shooter, and encounters with persons in mental crisis, etc. 17.1.2. The system should be easy to setup, breakdown, and allow for easy transport from location to location. 17.1.3. The virtual reality system should be reliable, user-friendly, and should not require an excessive amount of space to operate. The virtual reality system should be flexible and scalable from facility to event size spaces. 17.1.4. The system should allow for the training of multiple users at one time and should allow for users to interact with each other.
