All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of the complete furnishing and installation of the Multipurpose Building with optional utilities and concrete, which may be added at CPW's discretion.; Furnish and Place Compacted ABC: This bid item includes all labor, materials, equipment, submittals and incidental costs associated with the furnishing and placement of CDOT Class 6 road base at the locations indicated on the plans. Road base shall be placed at optimum moisture content and compacted to a minimum 95% of standard proctor density. The method to bring mixture to optimum moisture and density will not be measured or paid for separately, but shall be included in the unit price for this item. Measurement for this item will be based on load tickets delivered to the site, and paid based on the unit price in Tons. The load tickets shall be submitted by the Contractor with the pay application.; Furnish and Install Concrete Foundation: This bid item includes all material, labor, equipment, and incidental costs associated with the concrete foundation installation. This pay items includes but is not limited to: formwork, dewatering, reinforcement, and inserts and fastening devices, and all other supplies necessary for installation as described in the drawings and specifications. These additional items shall not be measured separately but shall be included in the related construction. Quantities shall be measured and paid for based on the unit price in Cubic Yards as reported on the Bid Schedule.; Furnish and Install Pre-Engineered Metal Building: This bid item includes all submittals, material, labor, equipment, and incidental costs connected with the construction of the Multipurpose Building according to the drawings and specifications. This includes, but is not limited to the complete furnishing, fabrication, and erection of the pre-engineered metal building system. This bid item also includes all required design costs, shop drawings, submittals, certifications, permits, and inspections. The building will be measured and paid as a completed building unit in place. Progress payments will be made based on a percentage of the completed work, at the lump sum bid price.; Furnish and Install Exterior Man Door: This bid item includes all submittals, labor, materials and equipment required to furnish and install the metal exterior doors according to the drawings and specifications. This bid item also includes all door frames, hardware, and incidental costs associated with the complete installation. These additional items shall not be measured separately but shall be included in the related construction. Quantities shall be measured on a per each basis for each door completely installed as noted in the Bid Schedule.; Furnish and Install Insulated Overhead Door: This bid item includes all submittals, labor, materials and equipment required to furnish and install the insulated overhead doors according to the drawings and specifications. This bid items also includes all, tracks, hardware, adjustments, and incidental costs associated with the complete installation. These additional items shall not be measured separately but shall be included in the related construction. Quantities shall be measured on a per each basis for each door completely installed as noted in the Bid Schedule.
