Specifications include, but are not limited to: ESD is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more Contractors that is well-versed and skilled in training and facilitation to develop and deliver statewide training(s) and information, including the development of training materials in written and electronic formats, on SNAP policies and requirements related to 3SVT time limits and how these policies and requirements will impact ICAN and application assistance services provided by the Outreach program. Attendees of the” training(s) shall include, in total, approximately 300 ESD eligibility and quality control staff as well as supervisors and staff of ICAN and Outreach programs partnering with the State. Training(s) will be delivered to each group separately to ensure delivery of the material is relevant and tailored to each group’s role and needs. It is anticipated that the training development process will involve in-depth planning and consultation with ESD Central Office Teams to ensure that all identified topics are included in the trainings and the method of delivery is in a manner that is both supportive and informative for attendees.
