Artwork is attached. One (1) electronic billboard within Evanston, Illinois, to be up a minimum of 90 days, able to be seen in the daylight and night time, utilizing artwork produced by the Agency. One (1) electronic billboard within one of the following Illinois Counties: McHenry, Lake, Kane, DuPage, Kendall, Will, Grundy, or Kankakee - to be up a minimum of 90 days, able to be seen in the daylight and night time, utilizing artwork produced by the Agency. One (1) electronic billboard within one of the following Illinois Counties: JoDaviess, Stephenson, Winnebago, Boone, Carroll, Ogle, DeKalb, Whiteside, or Lee - to be up a minimum of 90 days, able to be seen in the daylight and night time, utilizing artwork produced by the Agency.
