Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Carefully Remove existing horizontal siding approximately 7-8' above the deck area to match the current roof line/facia height. Would also need to remove a small section of siding on the west and north side of builidng. B Add a 1" x 6" at current roof line/facia height on the South, East, and North side of building where needed and wrap in a tan/brown color metal to compliment existing colors. Would need to add "J" channel above this trim and below it to receive existing siding on top and new siding to be added below. C Remove all panels/solar equipment/or other equipment off wall where needed to allow for new trim and or siding to be placed. Will need to reattach this equipment after. Will also need to remove any electrical trim boxes and replace as needed as well to compliment new and or old siding color. D Add old siding that was removed to any upper areas or areas that need patched or repaired. E Add new vertical vinyl siding in all areas below the new trim piece. Also add new corners as necessary. If old "J" channel can be effectively saved and reused around windows, then do so. If you feel like it can not be re-used, please note that it will be replaced in the comments and replace with a complimentary color to other trim. F Carefully remove some of the old soffit up on the second floor where not seen as much on the south side and reuse that down below where it is missing on the south side above the deck. Put new soffit in to match as closely as possible in those high/more hidden locations G Other Items recommended-please comment
