Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project is the renovation of five (5) single family houses (single story wood framed construction over a crawl space). As specified below, for the five renovated units, the successfully bidder shall be responsible for installing metal roofs (house-wrapping), siding, windows, decking, doors, insulating walls in crawl spaces, new vanities, and new flooring throughout the homes. In addition to this work, as specified below, the successful bidder shall perform the following work for twelve (12) single family housing units (including the five (5) above-mentioned units and seven (7) other units): dry wall (including texturizing and painting), trim, interior doors, cabinets, light fixtures, and furnaces.
