Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Scoping & Establishing Goals • Hold a kick-off meeting with CCRPC staff to: o Establish goals; and o Discuss and establish formatting and organizational structure of the full plan and associated Executive Summary. Consider web-based format when establishing the organization structure of the full plan. Project Implementation • Provide comprehensive review and copy editing of the full ECOS Plan document for conciseness, consistency, and improved messaging. • Create an Executive Summary of the Plan following the editing process above. The Executive Summary: o Will feature content extracted from the (edited) main ECOS Plan. o Will be a shortened, visually appealing version of the overall ECOS Plan that can be understood by broad audiences, and will feature key highlights from the Regional Plan, Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). o Will be created specifically with the future ECOS Plan website in mind; content from the Executive Summary (and possibly additional parts of the full plan) will later be used by the CCRPC to create the architecture of a website. o Will include the design and creation of new graphics to effectively communicate key points. • Attend weekly or as-needed project meetings to review with staff.
