Specifications include, but are not limited to: PXU is seeking to contract with firm(s) that can provide facility rental or space rental for district meetings and events on an as-needed basis during the 2022-2023 school year. PXU’s fiscal year runs from July 1, through June 30. A. PXU’s facility rental needs will vary: • Timeframe: day or evening • days of the week: Sunday through Saturday • duration: 1 hour to 15 hours in length • meeting size: 6 participants up to 3,100 participants • meeting room types: varied (single room; auditorium; conference center; banquet hall, etc.) • food: district-provided; catered; or no food requirements B. The District is seeking a facility that can accommodate some or all of our meeting size and time requirements. C. Free parking is preferred, but not mandated. D. The District understands that it may not be the only client for the facility for the rental period. Any proposing offeror does not have to guarantee constant availability.
