Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Executive Services – Athletics (recruitment and executive search, placement): o Understand the purpose and goals of the institution, including focus on external funding, major facilities upgrades and relationships to key external stakeholders; o Develop a position specification, if needed; o Develop an aggressive timeline to meet the institution’s needs; o Identify and assess candidates; o Assist and advise the institution on advertising, if needed; o Conduct research; o Assess candidate qualifications; o Facilitate process and interviews; o Coordinate all interviews and travel logistics; o Assist client with interview preparation; o Conduct extensive background and reference checks; o Maintain complete confidentiality for candidates and clients; o Negotiation/Closure & Candidate follow-up; o Recruit the preferred candidate; o Offer to assist with negotiations; o Follow-up communication with all candidates
