Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The pages 11 through 23 are a sampling of the materials used by the City of Rochester to maintain and repair the City’s water & sewer main lines, residential service lines and drainage supplies. Please quote all or a portion of the items. Award may be for all supplies or a portion of supplies. 2. The prices quoted must include all delivery charges to the City of Rochester Stockyard or jobsite (FOB Destination). 3. Delivery must be made between the hours of 7am – 2pm, on a designated day of the week, and must be on a City of Rochester regularly scheduled work day. 4. Delivery must include off-loading supplies to designated area. If assistance with equipment / forks is necessary the supplier / vendor is liable for condition of goods until safely off loaded, and supplier must notify City Supervisor in advance if assistance with delivery will be necessary. 5. An after-hours system must be in place for delivery to the City or pickup of parts by the City. The City of Rochester must be supplied with a direct telephone number or pager number in the event of emergencies. 6. An open line of communication will be established by having sales associate make weekly visits to the Utilities Supervisor. 7. All parts, materials and water & sewer system components must comply with applicable NSF / ANSI 61, ASTM and AWWA latest standards. 8. All parts & materials must be made in the USA. 9. This will be considered an annual bid with pricing to be guaranteed for 1 full year from the date of award letter or other specified date, bid extension for an additional year will be considered if pricing is held. 10.Bidders must bid on bid forms supplied in bid document by the City. However, if bidder has an alternate “Customer Service & Supply” program they would like considered, they may submit it along with these documents and it will be considered as an alternate. 11.If quoting water meters, please quote pricing on INVENSYS / SENSUS SR, ECR, IPERL and OMNI METERS. Read in 100 cubic foot increments. The City of Rochester has standardized on these meters. 12.Bidders may bid on all or a portion of the following inventory list. 13. Award may be split between more than one bidder.
