All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Fleet Services Department is seeking towing services to improve the safety of City streets by removing vehicles that are illegally parked, abandoned, or are impeding the flow of traffic, and for reasons proving beneficial to the City.; A. The vendor shall provide and maintain towing services for those vehicles which the LRPD or other authorized personnel order removed from the streets, public areas and rights-of-way of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (“City”).; B. The vendor shall provide and maintain towing services for inoperative vehicles which the LRPD orders removed from private property and impounded pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated section 8-6-413 or pursuant to a warrant that describes the vehicle to be seized.; C. The vendor shall provide and maintain towing services for City vehicles on a case-by-case basis.; D. The vendor shall observe all applicable laws and ordinances and shall maintain, throughout the contract term, all non-consent towing licenses and equipment permits required by the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board.; 1. The vendor shall be removed from the City’s wrecker rotation list immediately upon issuance of a Towing and Recovery Board Order to suspend the vendor’s license, regardless of any appeal process initiated by the Company.; E. The vendor shall courteously provide the services authorized and interact with the public, Communications staff, Vehicle Storage Facility staff, and other City personnel with respect and professionalism.
