Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting bids for the replacement, upgrades, and accessories to seven (7) identified building air conditioning units with Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) Furnaces. All new air handler units include up-flow furnaces with DX split encased evaporator units and outdoor compressor/condenser. Air Handling units include two (2) three-ton systems, two (2) four-ton systems and three (3) five-ton systems. Refer to the provided Summary of Work, along with provided drawings and specifications for all information.
