Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Missoula (City) is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) to provide vended gasoline, diesel, and or bio-diesel. 1.Issue and maintain approximately 700 Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) numbers for selected City employees.2.Provide individual fuel cards to approximately 600-650 vehicles and heavy equipment units. Fuel cards must be assigned to each individual vehicle. Fuel cards must include abrief description of the vehicle, unit number and name of the user group (department ordivision). Each fuel card must have a protective cover.3.Provide approximately 150,000 gallons of unleaded regular fuel annually.4.A minimum of one centrally located site within the Missoula city limits must provide unleaded fuel to a variety of gasoline fueled vehicles and equipment. Credit and consideration will be given for additional pumps and additional fueling stations that will accommodate unleaded fueled vehicles and equipment.5.Provide approximately 90,000 gallons of Diesel #2 fuel annually.
