Specifications include, but are not limited to: Investigators would be already trained in trauma-informed investigatory techniques and experienced in Title IX and Title VII (or equivalent-type compliance, criminal or related investigatory work). Investigators are responsible for scheduling interviews with complainants and respondents, coordinating interviews with potential witnesses, gathering facts and evidence, compiling detailed case records, creating investigatory reports and summaries, routing said reports for validation and confirmation by complainants and respondents in a timely fashion, and conducting regular communication with parties as to the status of the case as appropriate and utilizing the case management system for through record keeping and case management under the direction of OEOC & Title IX leadership. Work would be conducted remotely, through utilization of video conferencing and other related tools.
