Staff fenced or closed areas as assigned by Madison Police. 2. Maintain integrity of these areas 3. Assist with facilitating access or egress as authorized by MPD. The goal of security is to assist police in maintaining a safe and orderly event. Madison Police will be present on the street. Security staff should communicate any issues or potential threats to a Police Officer. –Glass containers are prohibited into the event zone. 2.3 Scope of Services Contractors will provide sufficient staffing that will safely and efficiently manage their assigned areas. Contractors will provide a detailed staffing rosters for each staffed location to include: • Number of staff assigned • Number of supervisors assigned • Number of relief staff to rotate between posts for relief purposes • Emergency notification plan for staff
