Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, and equipment for performing PCB mitigation and testing at the DISTRICT’S Victory Hill substation located near Scottsbluff, Nebraska in accordance with the Contract drawings included herein as ATTACHMENT B. The work includes removal and disposal of all PCB Contamination in accordance with PCB regulation 40 CFR 761, including removal and proper disposal of concrete foundations and pads, conduit, fence posts, rock and soil. The physical address is 220691 Lake Minatare Road, Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361 and identified on Contract drawing 490009978 included in ATTACHMENT B.
