Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will include installation of a reclaimed waterline within the City of Peoria for the installation of Segment 3 Reclaimed Water Master Plan Implementation. The scope includes approximately 3,602 LF of 16‐inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) reclaimed waterline along Jomax Road, from 101st Lane to Lake Pleasant Parkway, where it will tie into an existing 16” DIP potable main that is to be repurposed as a reclaimed waterline. Additionally, approximately 7,152 LF of 24‐inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) is to be installed from the City’s existing Pleasant Valley Reservoir and Pump Station, located just to the west of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Lone Mountain Parkway intersection, up to an existing stub at the Paloma Community Park. The project will provide a reclaimed system backbone to prepare for future growth in the northern extents of the City and include, but is not limited to, piping, appurtenances, restoration and/or replacement of pavement, concrete improvements, and landscaping.
