Specifications include, but are not limited to: the purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to request interested firms to present their qualifications, capabilities, and approach to provide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging training to Central Arkansas Water. Central Arkansas Water is contracting for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Training. We are defining diversity training as a professional training designed to facilitate positive interaction across different diversity types to reduce prejudice and discrimination, and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively. This Diversity training will addresses all of the unique things about employees – culture, education, gender expression, religion, indigenous, race, color, ethnicity, language, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, gender, socioeconomic status, age, and physical and mental disability – and the manner in which we work together. The goal is to move beyond being “politically correct” and move into the realm of learning how to embrace differences among employees and including the valuable inputs and perspectives all employees bring to CAW The following is a listing of the general tasks that are anticipated will be performed by the consultant(s) as part of this project. Note that these specifications are not comprehensive but serve to provide basic requirements. The utility’s expectation is that the expertise and experience of the consultant(s) selected for this project will also help define the tasks and deliverables that are required for a successful project. The Training Consultant(s) will prepare and deliver appropriate Diversity and Inclusion training on creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement for one or more of the following: 1) All Employees – approximately 310 individuals a. Numerous sessions, 2–3 hrs. each 2) Leadership Training/Coaching – approximately 60 individuals a. Minimum 2 sessions, 1 day (3-4 hours) each
