Specifications include, but are not limited to: perate a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) at the Oasis Site. Services shall reflect evidence-based and trauma informed practices with a goal to transition and return youth to their home and community. The resulting contract will be for use of buildings 11 and 14, including all existing furniture and contents, of the Charleston Campus located at 6171 West Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89146 (Oasis Site). This is not a secure location (no fencing) and is co-located on a campus with other programs and services through State and local partnerships. The Oasis Site currently has 5 youth residing there and any vendor will be obligated to ensure smooth transition of the existing care planning and any related prior authorization obligations for these individuals and their families. Information about the needs of these individuals will be shared in accordance with HIPAA and other obligations with the successful vendor.
