All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall be focused on environmental technical and/or regulatory assistance for various disciplines, including, but not limited to: • National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and related supporting technical analysis and reports • Cultural resources o Archival research; surveying; field monitoring; testing; data recovery; reporting; and/or permitting o Section 106 compliance • Biology and natural resources o Wildlife or native plant species surveys o Vegetation management plans o Habitat assessments o Biological evaluations or other related studies • Rivers and Harbors Act • Clean Water Act / sections 404, 401, and 402, including, but not limited to: o State and federal wastewater and stormwater permitting assistance o Regulatory reporting and document preparation (e.g., annual reports, Stormwater Management Plans, Pretreatment Program Plans etc.) o Environmental assessments, studies, and technical support (e.g., pollutant loading estimates, pollutant source evaluations, drainage area studies, etc.) o Public and/or agency outreach • Air Quality and Noise, including, but not limited to: o Permitting o Monitoring, modeling, source testing, etc. o Reporting and document preparation • Green infrastructure • Evaluation / assessment studies; Developing or updating environmental compliance training programs The firm will provide vehicles, laptops/tablets, printer/scanner, cell phones, mobile hotspots and other equipment deemed necessary to complete the tasks.
