Site Visit will be held on 28 June 2021 at 1300 hrs MST. Attendees will be limited to NO MORE than 3 personnel per contractor. A visitor's pass must be obtained prior to accessing the installation if attendees do not have a valid access card for entry. Please contact the POC's for this solicitation with the FULL NAMES, DRIVERS LICENSE #, STATE OF ISSUE, & DOB for all attendees requiring a visitor's pass for the site visit***

NOTICE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
This solicitation is for a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Grounds Maintenance Services, located on Ellsworth AFB, SD, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Offerors shall provide proposals in accordance the solicitation documents. In order to submit a proposal, all offerors must be fully regisitered at BetaSAM.gov and have updated Reps & Certs that include revised provisions/clauses 52.204-24, 52.204-25 and 52.204-26.
