All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Solution must be scalable.; 2. Preferred solution would be hosted (cloud-based SaaS) rather than on-premises installation.; 3. Datacenter location and data must reside within the United States mainland borders. ; 4. Data must be encrypted on transmission and at rest.; 5. Application availability minimum of four 9’s; 6. FEDRAMP certifications is preferred.; 7. Government cloud is also preferred.; 8. Solution would cross-reference and provide a master view (e.g., dashboard capability) for multiple department COOP, offering information such as when each department plan was updated, progress in being updated, and the summary of most essential functions and recovery times from each County department’s COOP.
