Specifications include, but are not limited to: INDOT has a continuous flow of strategic initiatives over many of its programs aimed at achieving the agency's goals of: 1)Delivering Great Service, 2)Enhancing Indiana's Economic Competitiveness and Quality of Life, 3)Executing the 20-Year Road and Bridge Plan, and4)Developing INDOT's 21st Century Workforce. As part of this effort, the Department desires to engage a highly-qualified consultant to provide strategic, policy (legislative and departmental), financial, and technical advisory services to support agency executive staff and the department's various business divisions under a Strategic General Services Contract. The firm will support the Department's overall efforts to evaluate alternatives, refine and / or formulate strategic plans, and implement program priorities that deliver the Department's Mission and Goals within the State of Indiana
